As we continue to feel the effects of COVID in our communities, we have made the decision to transition all of our locations to drive-up service only.
As of Tuesday, November 24th, all of our locations will operate drive-up service, while our lobbies will be available by appointment only. If you are a Greencroft Goshen customer, please visit our Main Street Goshen drive-thru.
In general, the best way to do routine transactions remains the utilization of our online, mobile, and drive-up services. Please contact us in advance for an appointment if your needs involve New Accounts, Lock Box, Trust & Wealth Management, Loans, or Insurance. This will ensure that our staff is ready for you and prepared to handle your needs promptly. Here is a simple chart to show you how easy it is to connect with us.

If you haven’t enrolled for online access, it’s quick & easy to do. Enroll now - Download the FSB Mobile app where you can view transactions, check balances, make payments, find an ATM, or deposit a check.
- Call our Hometown Phone Connection at 574.825.1588 or 1.833.586.0010 to check balances, hear transactions, make transfers or payments.
- Call during business hours to speak with a Customer Service Representative – we’d love to speak with you.
- All of our ATMs remain available 24/7 as well.
